Urs brings extensive experience as an R&D engineer and clinical trainer in the introduction of innovative MedTech solutions. He has a deep understanding of how to translate complex technologies into user-friendly products that not only meet the high regulatory requirements of the EU and the US but also provide real value in everyday clinical practice. As co-founder of Human Factor Lab, he passionately pursues the goal of making MedTech products more intuitive, safer, and more efficient. Together with his clients, he develops solutions that simplify daily workflows in healthcare and elevate patient care to a new level.
